 ACAP provides financial and technical assistance for the implementation of best management practices (BMPs) on agricultural operations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Thanks to the Elk County Commissioners, the ECCD has a no-till drill for rent. This no-till drill is offered to farmers in Elk and Cameron Counties.
